Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:After price is confirmed, we will provide free blank dummy by international express on your account for your checking our paper quality and binding if you need. If printed digital samples is required, we will charge $40-$100 for each lot.
 
Q:Can we have our logo or company information to be printed on your products or package?
A:Sure. They can be shown on your products by Hot Stamping, Printing , Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or sticker a label on it.

 Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 5 - 7 days and express delivery usually needs around 3-5 day.

Q:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A:Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you have placed your order, but the sample shipping freight should be deducted.
 
 Q: What kind of paper can be printed on?
A: We have several kinds of paper material available which depends on your products need, like the wood free paper, art paper, Kraft paper, paper cardboard, fancy paper, special paper and etc.
